Reports

  • Total sales. including Product Sales and Contribution Movement (PSCM).
  • All transactions are logged by: items (number and type), time-of-day, location, how sold – kiosk or online, special pricing, MOP, ID numbers, Etc.
  • Data is accessible via MS SQL, Access, Crystal Reports, or Excel.

Terms and Support

  •  Annual license and maintenance.
  • Includes full system helpdesk tech support and all upgrades.
  • Helpdesk: extended hours Mon. – Fri.; Emergency weekends.
  • Cross-ship parts and labor hardware warranty (onsite available).
  • Standard credit card license and fees apply.
  • Pre-installation consultation with a PosTrack network engineer.
  • On-site Installation and Training.
  • Minimum of two days charged for installation. Each install is quoted based upon a pre-installation phone survey and the network engineer’s report. Complex installations may require an onsite pre-install survey.
